God is raising up a passionate people that seek hard after Him. God's love, heart, mercy, and forgiveness is full of compassion. In the psalms we see David testifying of God's mercy and compassion and expressing passionate pursuit of God.Christ's death on the cross expressed His Redeeming Passion and the love of God shed forth for the sins of the world. That through Christ, through His blood, and through His death, we could find hope and the forgiveness of sins.
But it didn't end there. Through faith, in faith and by faith that Jesus is the Christ, and that on the third day Christ rose from the grave, we have the promise of eternal life.
Now that is good news.
