There is just a sweet sweet aroma that manifests when people come together and reach out to others. It is simply an extension of the love of God flowing into the hearts and lives of others. We all occasionally deal with bitterness and unforgiveness. Many times we become offended at or by others and bitterness can set in. After a while unforgiveness can root and before we know it, things are starting to take on a whole new form. Bitterness once it sets up residence in a persons heart, well it soon invites it's relatives which are frustrations, hatred and even deeply rooted angers. When these things come forth, we can soon find our character and personality becoming very bad. The end results is that our life and even health can be affected.

 

The answer. Forgive those who have wronged you and let go of the situation. Besides life is to precious and beautiful to allow bitterness to make it seem dark.

As Christian parents, mothers and fathers we must be committed to praying for our children and lifting them up to the Lord daily. Our world is becoming increasingly more complex, violent and dangerous. The days of the past are long gone and as the seasons have changed, our world and communities are fast changing. Morals, character and integrity are constantly being challenged. Violent crimes, drug abuse and gang violence has spread dramatically. Our schools that once had a few bullies here and there have at times become war zones with people shooting students, faculty and the use of automatic weapons on campus's have replaced the antics of rubber band guns and spit wads. I just read a news article that stated that "more than half million kids a year are treated for medication side effects in American, according to new data". Those are some big numbers. We all love a good movie. Over the years movies have changed. It seems that most of the popular movies are filled with violence, murder, hate, death and lots of explosive destruction. That's entertainment. However, what seeds do these movies sow into the hearts and minds of humanity? Why is it that people love to watch movies about murder, violence and scenes that are so life like a real that show human beings being killed? People literally feed on the violence and violent ways. What are the affects upon young boys and girls when they are exposed to such things? What are the affects upon late teens?

God Projects In The Fast Lane

Have you ever noticed how many times we seem to get into high gear before we shift from 1st to 2nd to 3rd and to 4th. This happens in churches, in ministries and in our personal lives. Personally I have found God, my walk with God and the Christian life to be season after season of change and that God is in no hurry. Considering that Christ died upon the cross over 2,000 years ago and countless generations and seasons have unfolded, that in it's self proves that God is a patient God. After all, God could have judged the world 1,000 years ago and called His Bride home, yet here we are, still awaiting the second coming of Christ.

Many times, we just flat out get in a hurry. We get so far ahead of God, His plans and His purposes that we are creating our own agenda's while thinking and believing we are in God's Perfect Will. I've oftened wondered this in regards to the size of our online ministry which has grown to over 150 separate ministry blogs, not counting all the other blogging communities that we are involved within. Yet and again, I feel this overwhelming call to share the love of Christ and His Redeeming Passion with the world.

Sometimes God Projects in the fast lane are fruit full. Thank God when the Holy Spirit is involved.
